60 Fenwood Road, Boston, MA
Join Patrick Boyd, Field Application Scientist, Northeast, at Scale Biosciences, for an engaging session, Methylomes and Millions: Transforming Single Cell Analysis with MET & Quantum Barcoding. In this session, Patrick will showcase how Quantum Barcoding allows you to analyze over 9,000 samples in a single experiment, with scalable kit sizes (84,000 to 4M cells), fast workflows (1.5 days), and low costs ($0.01 per cell). He will also introduce single cell Methylation, cover real world applications, target enrichment and discuss secondary analysis tools like AMETHYST to enhance data insights.
In this session, topics to be discussed:
• Scaling Single Cell Studies with RNA Quantum Barcoding for flexible, large-scale analysis.
• Single Cell DNA Methylation insights through real-world use cases
• Utilizing tools like AMETHYST for deeper secondary data analysis
• Investigating target enrichment and the effect on sequencing burden with ScaleMethyl
single cell libraries, optimizing experimental design
