Join Melanie Janczyk, Director of Market Development at Scale Biosciences, for a remote session, Pushing Limits in Single Cell Analysis: Quantum Barcoding, Methylation and CRISPR.  In this session, Mel will showcase how Quantum Barcoding allows you to analyze over 9,000 samples in a single experiment, with scalable kit sizes (84,000 to 4M cells), fast workflows (1.5 days), and low costs ($0.01 per cell). She will also introduce single cell Methylation and single cell CRISPR, covering real world applications, target enrichment strategies and secondary analysis tools like AMETHYST to enhance data insights.

In this session, topics to be discussed:

• Scaling Single Cell Studies with RNA Quantum Barcoding for flexible, large-scale analysis.
• Single Cell DNA Methylation insights through real-world use cases, and integrating tools like

AMETHYST for deeper secondary data analysis.

• Single Cell CRISPR screening, leveraging high throughput technology for precise gene perturbation studies.

• Optimizing experimental design from proof-of-concept studies, to drug perturbation screens to large population or cohort studies.
